A Service, I desired when I started my Career prospective in Masters

Time is passing away I was craving to find a service that helps me in finding my career.

When I started my career prospective, the only thing I knew was that I have to learn some new technology to get a job. They were many questions at that time How to learn? Whom to seek advice? The only options I had are to ask my friends or my seniors. Even my friends are in a dilemma on what to do next. My seniors are still struggling with their jobs. No one had time to provide personal guidance to me, they put a generic statement on my face to learn this or that. I got confused what to do.

Final I ended up with joining in my relative’s consultancy. Not necessary to say about these consultancies, they a provided a training with a working employee who don’t have any zeal to teach things. He used his project specific buzz words in training which makes no sense to me. Mean while a small clash between him and my consultancy made the shift of training to some Hyderabad training institutes. These people were still worst that a B.com degree fellow used to walk through the slides and explain the already written code. I didn’t learn anything substantial from all these trainings.

They make us prepare a 10+resume saying that we have expertise in all the technologies on earth.

Believe me or not, when you are with these people you don’t even dare of thinking about FULL time jobs. You struggle hard to get one or 2 months projects to start your career that too based on some technology that we don’t know. I struggled a lot to do that job and the consultancy provides no help with job issues.

On the whole I screwed up 15 months on searching jobs and working with consultancies. When I slowly came to know about the technology, resume preparation and job search techniques, it was too late and I realized that I missed good opportunities at the starting of my career during my Master.

After spending more than one year, I am lucky enough to end up with a full time job. From all these experiences I learned many things about Job search.
Now I am here just to educate you about the job market and technologies. I won’t promise you that I will make you a full time job holder in Microsoft or Google. At least I can tell you the right thing to be done and right time to do these things.
